Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it within 14 days of purchase. We'll process your return as soon as we receive it for the purchase amount excluding the original shipping charges. Please note that it may take 3-5 business days for our team to process your return credit. Credit is processed in the form of store credit. This can be used toward an exchange or a new order. Store Credit never expires. Please note ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL.

1. When you return your purchase to Authentik Trendz by mail within 14 days of the purchase date, you will receive store credit for the amount of the product, excluding the shipping cost.
2. We only issue STORE CREDIT. We DO NOT issue refunds.
3. All items returned must be unworn, and must arrive in the original condition it was sent in.
